The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station and right opposite the Dubai Creek. It's easy to find as it's on the main road. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, as mentioned by previous guests. The staff are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. The breakfast is plentiful and offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The hotel also offers airport transfers for convenience.

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment, as mentioned by one guest.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect with stunning views of the river. The staff provided an excellent service and were always willing to help with things like transport, making my stay even better. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

I was actually surprised by the Riviera's hidden gem near Dubai Creek. The staff were really good too ensure my early check-in was smooth and even upgraded my room. The comfortable accommodations exceeded my expectations. The extensive breakfast buffet was of excellent quality. Despite the exterior lacking impact, the warm and friendly welcome and excellent service made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Dubai.

Great location, close to the subway station and souks. The hotel has a beautiful view of the river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a separate sitting area. The bathroom is large and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food and the option to have eggs cooked to order.

Had difficulty with airport pick-up service, had to arrange our own transportation. The staff, although pleasant and helpful when requested, could improve by being more proactive.

The staff at this hotel, especially in the restaurant where breakfast is served, are friendly and cute. The hotel itself has a nice English-like design and is very clean. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the old city attractions and close to the metro station. The breakfast provided is delicious and filling.

The lobby area exudes a charming, old-fashioned ambiance, perfect for relaxation and enjoying a cup of coffee. The Dubai Creek view offered by the hotel surpasses that of even the renowned hotels, with a glass wall extending to the balcony. Its proximity to the ferries that traverse the creek towards the heritage and souq areas makes it incredibly convenient, and it's also just a stone's throw away from a Green Line metro station. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist.
